The balance between breath and movement is the foundation of a powerful practice. In this class, we will explore the elements of Air and Fire, connecting deeply to the breath and building heat within the body.
The element of Air is associated with the breath, and in the first part of this class, we will focus on pranayama (breathing techniques) to cultivate clarity, focus, and energy. By harnessing the power of our breath, we will prepare the mind and body for the more dynamic flow to come.
Fire represents energy, passion, and transformation. In the second half of the class, we will transition into an active Vinyasa flow, where we will build internal heat, strengthen the body, and challenge our limits. This class is designed to ignite your inner fire, helping you to feel more energized, alive, and present in your practice.
