Hello! I am Francesca Palmeri, a certified 250h Yoga teacher and qualified in Pilates and in Nutrition for Sport. I discovered my love for Yoga in Milan through Ashtanga. Since then I completed further trainings with Arhanta Academy, Kino MacGregor and many more inspirational teachers.
From the first class I loved how I felt, I could finally find peace of mind. It also challenged my body in a positive and energizing way. I decided to teach because I would like to share the gift of Yoga with other people.
My mission is to offer a safe space where students can challenge themselves in small or big ways and exceed their limits. Our bodies are stronger than we think! I believe that Yoga guides us to become a better and more joyful version of ourselves.
