Blue Dragon Flow is a yoga practice inspired by the mythical spirit of the rich traditions of Southeast Asian strength and harmony. This dynamic practice awakens the inner fire through activating breathwork and strong, martial arts-infused, flowing, playful sequences that build core stability and mental clarity. We awaken courage, balance, and the inner wisdom to move as one — in body, breath, and spirit.

With 11 years of personal practice in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, I believe that “Everyone Can Do Yoga” and strive to create an inclusive, empowering space. My background in biomedical sciences provides me with a strong foundation in anatomy and mindful movement.
