This 75-minute yoga class offers a balanced blend of mindful strength-building and nervous system regulation. Through an intuitive sequence of functional movements, mobility exercises, and nourishing stretches, we’ll cultivate stability, resilience, and ease in both body and mind. Expect a practice that helps improve strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness, while also incorporating calming techniques to downregulate stress and support recovery. We will finish with restorative movements, breath awareness, and relaxation to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.
