A lively, playful and dynamic yoga class. The Dolcevita Flow features pranayama, energizing Surya Namaskars to create some heat but also some deep stretches and advanced poses to play and have fun with.

All levels are welcome-whether you’re a beginner finding your groove or an experienced yogi looking to spice up your practice. In Dolcevita Flow, you’re encouraged to smile, laugh, and make each pose your own-add a twist, take a pause, or embrace the wobble! Get ready to challenge yourself, share a few lighthearted moments, and leave the mat feeling joyfully revitalized and deeply renewed.

Annabelle Prölß is a former professional athlete, yogateacher,speaker and coach. She loves to hold space and create a healing environment. Her focus for Balance comes from a life of extremes and knowing that we need to find balance with everything in life.
